Café 43, in reference to the 43rd President of the United States, is a full-service restaurant on the grounds of the George W. Bush Presidential Center operated by Dallas-based food and beverage management specialists, Culinaire.
Café 43 has indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the native Texas landscaping and the main entrance to the George W. Bush Institute. Dining at the restaurant does not require admission to the museum.
