Zinc Bistro wants to share our love of wine and believes that one of the best ways to learn about wine is to drink it. With that in mind, we developed our wines by the glass and our wine flights in a way that our guests, you, can find the wine and portion size that is most appropriate. All of the wines by the glass are available in a 3-ounce "1/2 glass portion", as well as the full glass, half bottle equivalent and full bottle. So what is a flight? A flight is a collection of wines that share a common thread, such as varietal, producer, or country of origin. Zinc's wine flights include a generous "tasting pour" (3 ounces) of each of the three wines served. We think it is the perfect way to compare, contrast and explore the vast world of wine.
