Good champagne at a value price can be a hard find. Really good Champagne at a value price is near impossible until we found this guy. Chardonnay and pinot noir made ups the blend here in this lovely champagne from the Côtes des Bar. The wine is aged in oak for 18 months before being bottled and has the tiniest dose of sweetness to round out the racing acidity. Delicious!!!
