Pasta Palooza – Pasta Tasting
When: thursday, august 8, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. Every august we have a big pasta sale (pasta palooza!) highlighting all of the traditionally made pasta we carry. We also feature the accompanying sauces that highlight their full-flavored goodness. In this tasting, we'll sample 5 different types of pasta from 5 different producers, all of different shapes and each paired with a different style of sauce. We'll start with the classic Italian olive oil and parmigiano reggiano, move on to ligurian pesto from roi, taste the spicy mezzanotte midnight sauce from IL mongetto, plus a couple of other surprise sauces to taste as well.
