How We Work
Nutrition Is The Foundation For All Holistic Therapy
Nutrition is the building block on which all other holistic therapies stand. All of our clients receive, FREE OF CHARGE, a nutritional consultation and specific recommendations. Recommendations are supported by the work of credentialed research scientists from leading universities and the Linus Pauling Institute. Nutritional supplements will often bring positive results, and we recommend only the highest rated supplements verified by independent research.
We offer a simple step by step program
STEP 1: Initial free phone consultation.
Decide whether or not you can benefit from our services, if you are the right fit for us and if we are the right fit for you!

Aston Therapeutics
Aston Therapeutics is systematic method of assessing and analyzing each body as a whole and unique ecological system.
This clarifies the causes vs. the compensations related to the clients musculo-skeletal complaints and enables practitioners to form a hypothesis about the most time efficient and personally tailored sequence of treatment.
ELIZABETH PASQUALE, LMT, CST is a certified Aston Practitioner.
What this means to you is that you can explore your own habits of movement with a professional movement coach. The benefit to you of examining your movement habits is that you will be able to see which habits benefit you and which are causing you pain and discomfort.
With Elizabeth’s help, you will be able to change those habits that are not working for you and move with ease.
CranioSacral Therapy
CST was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E.
Upledger (www.upledger.com/clinic/bio_jeu.htm) following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.
CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system
- comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Using a soft touch generally
no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
By complementing the body’s natural healing processes
CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including: Migraine Headaches, Chronic Neck and Back Pain, Motor-Coordination Impairments, Colic, Autism, Central Nervous System Disorders, Orthopedic Problems, Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Scoliosis, Infantile Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Chronic Fatigue, Emotional Difficulties, Stress and Tension-Related Problems, Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders, Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ), Neurovascular or Immune Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Post-Surgical Dysfunction.
SER is a therapeutic process that uses and expands on the principles of CranioSacral Therapy to help rid the mind and body of the residual effects of trauma.
SERI offers applications designed to enhance results using CST and other complementary therapies. What this means to you is you will recover from injury faster, without the emotional baggage and stress.
Lymph Drainage
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) is an original hands-on method of lymphatic drainage developed by Bruno Chikly, MD, of France.
Created out of his award-winning research on the lymphatic system, LDT takes traditional lymph drainage techniques and adds a level of precision consistent with recent scientific discoveries.
Using exacting anatomical science and distinctive manual processes, LDT enables practitioners to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body.
From there they can use their hands to perform Manual Lymphatic Mapping (MLM) of the vessels to assess overall circulation and determine the best alternate pathways for draining body-fluid stagnations.
What this means to you is you can benefit from a relaxing massage that does you worlds of good.
You may need simply stress relief or you may need breast or prostate health intervention. Either way, Lymph Drainage Therapy is an enjoyable way for you to reach your health goals.
Benefits of LDT include
Reduction in edemas (swelling), and lymphedemas of various origins detoxification of the body
Regeneration of tissue, including burns, wounds and wrinkles
Anti-aging effects
Relief of numerous chronic and subacute inflammations, including sinusitis, bronchitis and otitis
Relief of chronic pain
Reduction in the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia
Antispastic actions to relieve conditions such as muscle hypertonus and some forms of constipation

Thank you for your wonderful class! As soon as I got home the girls were begging me for an "Elizabeth massage"! I had Christie in a deep sleep before the big play and she went off to set up rested and happy. I have been practicing ever since the class, (all 2 days! :) Every night someone in my house gets LDT until they are soundly asleep! Fun stuff! Thank you, again!
Types of massage
Massage is the manipulation of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the function of those tissues and promote relaxation and well-being. Therapeutic massage can ease tension and reduce pain. Massage can be a part of physical therapy or practiced on its own. It can also be highly effective for reducing the symptoms of arthritis back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other disorders of the muscles and/or nervous system. Whatever pain you are having, you will feel better after a massage. If you would just like to relax, de-stress or treat yourself, a relaxing massage could be the answer you are looking for. Or, if you are an athlete pushing your body to the limit, reward yourself with a massage. You will most likely see improved performance and your workouts will feel better. These types of massage are available at Well On The Way:
Light, medium, or deep
Acupressure
Aston Therapeutic Massage
Athletic
Lymphatic Massage
Swedish
Reflexology or foot massage
Reiki or energy work
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation was developed by French Osteopath, Jean-Pierre Barral.
At optimal health, the relationship between the organs (viscera) and structures of the body (muscles, membranes, fasciae and bones) remains stable despite the body’s endless varieties of motion. But when one organ can’t move in harmony with its surrounding viscera due to abnormal tone, adhesions or displacement, it works against all the body’s organs and structures. This disharmony creates fixed, abnormal points of tension that the body is forced to move around. That chronic irritation, in turn, paves the way for disease and dysfunction.
Visceral Manipulation (VM) is a gentle hands-on therapy
that works through the body’s visceral system (the heart, liver, intestines and other internal organs) to locate and alleviate these abnormal points of tension throughout the body.
VM employs specifically placed manual forces that work to encourage the normal mobility, tone and motion of the viscera and their connective tissues.
Trained practitioners use the rhythmic motions of the visceral system to evaluate how abnormal forces interplay, overlap and affect the normal body forces at work. These gentle manipulations can potentially improve the functioning of individual organs, the systems the organs function within, and the structural integrity of the entire body.
