When Ordering: All orders over are to be paid in full when the order is placed either by phone or in person at the bakery. All online orders for In-Store pickup are paid in advance in full online when order is placed at www.ambrosiabakery.com. This includes online shipper orders, ie. King Cakes, etc. Changes and cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to highly decorated cakes must be made by 4PM on the Wednesday before the weekend the cake is due. 72 hours notice is required to change or cancel birthday cakes. Orders for specialty cakes may be changed or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Orders cancelled with late notice will forfeit the deposit and may be held for other charges before placing another order
