What is a Swedish Massage?
The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax tight muscles and increase circulation. It is often suggested for stress management as it reduces both emotional and physical stress.
What is a Sports Massage?
The main purpose of Sports massage is to help the athlete attain peak performance and prevent injury by releasing tight muscles and stretching ligaments and tendons. Recovery time from muscular strain is shortened by flushing lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes.
What is a Deep Tissue Massage?
Sometimes referred to as myofascial release, deep tissue massage frees muscles from the grip of overly tight fascia. Work is specific to problem areas and done superficial to deep to break up adhesions and muscle strains.
What is a Hot Stone Massage?
Smooth, heated stones will melt away tension and stress. The heat from the stones helps tight muscles release.
What is an Ashiatsu Massage?
"Ashiatsu" means foot pressure. While holding bars over the table, the therapist uses her feet to provide deeper pressure than a traditional massage.
What is a Thai Massage?
A Thai Massage is a series of deep compressions and stretches. It is also known as assisted yoga massage and is performed on a futon-type mat on the floor. Client is asked to wear comfortable clothing that stretches like sweat pants and a t-shirt.

The office is on the lake side of the road, and has a large white mill stone with the number on it out front. If you've reached Anyela's winery, you've gone just a little too far! Parking is outside the office door.

Pam will review your intake form and address any concerns or problem areas you may have. She will then leave the room for a few minutes to allow you to undress to your level of comfort and get on the massage table. She will knock before entering the room to begin your massage. Professional draping techniques are always used throughout the massage session for your maximum comfort.
