Barrel Aged Click Bait 2018 IPA - Triple 10.5% ABV Lion Bridge Brewing Company, Cedar Rapids, IA
We have dabbled with Click Bait for a few years now, tweaking the hop profile and alcohol content and this is undoubtedly the best one yet. Aged in Cedar Ridge Single Malt Barrels for just one month to add a touch of oak and caramel, we then dry-hopped this beer with a very large amount of Denali and El Dorado hops. The result is something akin to a pineapple upside down cake in beer form.

Loral hops were release in 2016 and quickly became one of our favorite New varieties. It was highlighted in our Stone hop revolver single ipa series, and with the featured hop in our hugely popular 2017 summer seasonal beer: Stone ghost hammer IPA. Then there's Dr. Rudi, which has been around since 1976. Originally known as a super alpha, this hop brings classic resin and piney notes, which pair it perfectly with the floral citrusy aroma of loral. Traditionalist GenX meets adventurous Millennial. What do they talk about? Nothing, hops don't talk. Together however, they speak. It's apparent that a pairing like this was bound to happen. At Stone we call it inevitable.

Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Lager - Vienna 5% ABV 30 IBU Boston Beer Company, Boston, MA
Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. It is brewed using a decoration mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process brings forth a rich sweetness from the malt that makes it well worth the effort. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. The Noble hops varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Tettnanger, add a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish. We take great pride in the Noble hops used in our beers. They are hand selected by Jim Koch and our other brewers from the world's oldest hops growing area. Among the world's most expensive, they cost twenty times as much as other hops.

After a trip to Europe, New Belgium's co-founder returned to Colorado from Belgium with a handful of ingredients and an idea. Now considered an iconic centerpiece of the craft beer movement, Fat Tire represents the American spirit of craft brewing ingenuity and an irresistible imagination that reminds us all to rediscover our playful side. Fat Tire's unique flavor profile originates from the late 1930s, when local Belgian breweries aimed to satisfy the tastes of visiting British soldiers. Classified as an Ameri-Belgo style ale by the revered Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup competitions, Fat Tire blends a fine malt presence, fresh herbal hop balance and a touch of fruity yeast to offer drinkers everywhere a timeless craft beer experience with a rare blend of balance and complexity. 90 Shilling, Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy 5.3% ABV 27 IBU Odell Brewing Co., Fort Collins, CO
We introduced 90 Shilling, our flagship beer, at our opening party in 1989. For a while, we'd been wondering - what would happen if we lightened up the traditional Scottish ale? The result is an irresistibly smooth and delicious medium-bodied amber ale. The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. A shilling was a British coin used from 1549 to 1982. We think you'll find this original ale brilliantly refreshing, and worth every shilling.
Beatnik Sour, Sour - Berliner Weisse 5% ABV 2 IBU Exile Brewing Company, des Moines, IA

Delirium Tremens, Belgian Strong Golden Ale 8.5% ABV 26 IBU Brouwerij Huyghem, Melle, Oost-Vlaanderen
The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste of results from the use of three different kinds of yeast. The result is a finish of peppery bitterness without aggression. The gray bottle hides a mystery awaiting discovery by the none faint of heart.
The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.
Fresh Squeezed IPA - American 6.4% ABV 60 IBU Deschutes Brewery, Bend, OR

Milk Stout Nitro, Stout - Milk / Sweet 6% ABV 25 IBU Left Hand Brewing Company, Longmont, CO
Pour Hard! Dark & delicious, America's milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Pouring hard out of the bottle, Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bless of milk chocolate fullness.
