I'm seriously envious off all you lovely guests tonight, and not just because your hair is so shiny and bouncy. Our drink special is a Ginger Pear Cocktail with bourbon, ginger simple syrup, lemon and pear cider. Our appetizer special is Creole Shrimp served over grilled ciabatta - it's got a little kick to it, just perfectly spicy. Our entree special is a beautiful Ruby Trout, pan seared, served over brown rice with haricot vert and mushrooms topped with caper herb butter. It's all so good I might have to quit my job and join you!
