Swedish Massage
For first time clients, a Swedish massage is a great way to introduce you to the world of massage therapy. Getting a massage on a daily basis can benefit your everyday life. With light to firm pressure, we remove tension and stress in a relaxing state.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue therapy is similar to Swedish massage, however, the deeper pressure the more beneficial it is in releasing chronic muscle tension.

Sports Massage
Sports Massage is ideal for treating injuries and well as preventative treatment dealing with the health of muscle and connective tissue.

Reflexology is not a form of massage. Its a seperate practice that applies pressure to the reflex zones on your feet and hands to affect the entire body.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release (or MFR) is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This alternative medicine therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.
Trigger Point Therapy
A Trigger Point is a senstive area in the muscle which causes pain in other parts of the body. Pressing on a trigger point can cause referred pain and can help identify the external area in the body generating the pain. On the other hand, trigger points can also be a point from which pain radiates throughout the muscle and fascia.

Specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, myofascial release and reflexology massage. Massage therapy is not just a job, its a passion. A passion which stemmed from giving massages to her grandmother back in high school. "I was placed on this earth to bless others and I plan on doing that through my heart, hands and smile."
