Northwest Grille was originally opened by Don Regan and family in 1996. Immediately, Executive Chef and owner Chris Fennell and team started transforming the tastebuds and seafood cravings of the Gainesville community. Almost 16 years later, Chef Fennell (now sole owner) remains committed to its purpose of freshness and quality by hand-cutting fish daily. The difference can be experienced in every dish, including the made=to-order, hand-battered, fried seafood, hand cut steaks, and made to order sauces.
