Private Music Lessons
We offer weekly lessons for students aged 6 and up with our excellent music faculty.
All lessons are $45 per half hour with a one-time $25 registration fee.
Lessons are available for:
acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar, piano, violin, viola, cello, saxophone, trumpet, percussion, voice, clarinet, flute, recorder, trombone, baritone, harmonica, and ukulele.
Camps
Rock Band Camp 2014
Middle C Music Presents, The Ninth Annual Summer. This year, send your child to a different kind of summer camp! Middle C's Rock Band Camp will be led by WAMMIE Hall of Famer, former Slickee Boy, and all-around Washington rock legend, Mark Noone. Campers will learn to play in an ensemble, solo on their instruments, write tunes and lyrics, put their own touches on rock classics, and much more. The camp meets Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, culminating in a concert for friends and family on Friday evening at 6:00pm. All participants receive a t-shirt and a DVD of their performance. A light lunch is provided for the campers. Anyone age 10-15 can participate and any and all instruments are welcome. Students can participate in any number of sessions. Beginners on guitar are welcome to participate some experience is needed for all other instruments. Session One: July 7-11, Session Two: July 14-18, Session Three: July 21-25.

Concert Band Camp
New! Summer 2014, Brand Camp at Middle C Music. Just because school's out doesn't mean your budding band-geek has to leave their instrument in a case. Sign 3rd-7th grader up for Middle C Music's new Summer Band Camp! Taught by Middle C teachers Helen West and Rod Hill, Student of all band and orchestra instruments will learn to play some of their pop and Disney song together as an ensemble. Camp will also include fun lessons in music history, theory, and instrument technique. Final Concert on Friday, June 27th at 6pm. June 23rd-27th, 10am-2pm. Requirements- Students must be in 3rd-7th grade and have 1 year of experience on their instrument. Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Recorder, Violin, Cello, Viola, and Percussion welcomed!

Pre-School Ukulele and Piano Camp
First Time Ever! Summer 2014 Ukulele/Piano Camps for 3-5 year olds. Know a pre-schooler who loves music? Enroll your 3-5 year old in Middle C Music's Summer Ukulele/Piano Camp! Summer camp will run weekly, from June 16 to August 22. Times are Monday thru Friday 9.30-10.30 am, with performances every Friday. Half the lesson will be spent on the piano, and the other half will be on the ukulele. Cost is $250 per week and includes the price of a bright Colored Makala ukuele ($200 if you already own a ukulele).
Rental Rates
We rent top quality student level instruments on a month to month basis. The instruments are cleaned and checked thoroughly between all rentals, and come with everything you need to get started. There is no minimum commitment, and there are no cancellation fees. When you're done playing the instrument, simply return it.
Fee Structure
Every instrument we rent is part of our rent-to-own program. The entire base rental fee goes towards the purchase price of the instrument. If you want to purchase your rental instrument, call us at any time. We will apply the rental credit towards the purchase price of the instrument you are renting or a step-up model. *Insurance covers problems that arise through normal wear and tear - problems that arise from negligence and abuse are not covered.
