Reflexology
Our reflexologists have all been trained in the Ingham Method of Reflexology which uses point pressure on the top an bottom of the feet. A half hour session is a good way to see if you like pressure point therapy on your feet and is a basic service that will use some pressure point with some soothing massage on both feet. A one hour session encompasses the full range of reflex point work on the top and bottom of the feet as well as, some soothing strokes in between. A deluxe session also incorporates Hot Stones to increase circulation and sooth the nerve endings in the bottom of the feet
Swedish
Swedish massage is one of the best known and most common forms of massage therapy. The Swedish techniques combines smooth gliding strokes with kneading and compression strokes to improve circulation and lymph flow. Using oils with or without fragrance the therapist will work muscles to reduce the build up of lactic acid and increase blood flow to help heal and rejuvenate tired tissue. Swedish techniques are of moderate to firm pressure and can be very relaxing
AMMA
This massage is an oriental technique of push-pull pressure point massage. It uses circular movements over the same channels that are commonly worked in acupuncture. It is very beneficial in balancing the energy flow of the body, which in eastern thought is the cause of most pain syndromes. With consistent treatment the function of the organs should improve for better health and vitality
Hot Lava Stone
In this massage different size stones are used on and around the body to provide warm relaxation to the muscles. It is a very deeply relaxing massage that soothes the nervous system and improve circulation. Heat is very soothing in many chronic conditions and the stones that are gliding over the tense areas of the body will help to reduce stress and tension often held in posture
Pregnancy Massage
Massage during pregnancy can help ease the pains associated with extra weight on the back and leg joints. You can comfortably lay on your side or in our contoured pregnancy pillow. Body Wraps
Body treatments are a great way to exfoliate and hydrate the skin of the body. Scrubs can be gentle or vigorous to remove dead skin and dryness, while putting moisture back into the skin. Sit a while in the Far Infared Sauna shower to open the pores and then the treatment begins with a drybrushing of the skin. Next is an application of warm grape mask that has all the anti oxident nutrition of the grapes is applied and allowed to nourish the skin. While you are wrapped you will receive a half hour foot reflexology treatment to deepen the relaxation. You will then be able to quietly rest a few more minutes before showering. The treatment finishes with a grape anti oxident moisturizer for the body. Allow an hour and a half to enjoy the treatment fully

Some Do's And Dont's To Maintain Your Lashes!
Do not get your lash extensions wet within the first 24-48 hours.
For example, no steam, sauna, scrubs, possibly even a hot yoga class can cause excess dampness, otherwise the adhesive will reactivate and clump the lashes together
DO resist the urge to pull.
If you pick, tug, twist or excessively touch or brush your extensions, it could damage your natural lashes. If at any time you don't wish to continue, always have them professionally removed
DON'T let moisture-rich products get onto your lashes.
Shampoo, conditioner, heavy creams or anything oil based will eventually loosen the bond. Tilt your head back when washing your hair or take a bath to avoid getting them wet. Some of my addicted clients use swimming goggles while showering!
DO reshape your extensions after you shower.
Gently comb your lashes to fan them out or use a blow dryer set on "cool" to fan them back in place. Hold it arms length away from your face

It has been re introduced in 1992 with the Chinese influence of Lady Kwan Yin. It differs from Reiki in that the client actively participates in the healing process. It immediately releases all misqualified energies and imbalances. Magnified healing concentrates on healing, the chakras, healing karma, clears and redistributes the calcium on the spine, activates all strands of DNA. It is preformed while the client is sitting. The practitioner places one hand in front of the body and the other in back of the client. Everyone can benefit from energy work as it assists in the natural healing process by working on all levels of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki is one of the most ancient hands on forms of healing known to mankind.
Dr. Mikao Usui discovered Reiki in the late 1800's. Reiki uses the Universal Life Force energy to rebalance and align the body, mind and emotions. Far Infared Sauna
The infra red sauna has multiple facets of benefits! You can burn up to 700 calories in a 30 minute session, it helps you accelerate the detoxifying process by penetrating the skin between 1" and 1 ½ " with the infra red heat and rays. Your body absorbs these rays beneath the skin and becomes heated and pourous, toxins and acids that settle in the weakest parts of the body are now loosened and volatile. Don't worry, infra red heat is the same heat they use for babies in the premie ward at the hospital so its safe!
