Classes and Clinics
No better way to learn the GAME! Learning in a group provides feedback and improved socialization skills! Our classes and clinics cover all parts of the game in a high tempo and skill-based format.
Baseball (ages 3-4 and 5-7)
Born To Play Class
Ages 3-4 (co-ed). Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer. Supervised exercise classes designed to introduce 3-4 year old players to athletic movement and beginner baseball and softball skills.
Rookie Class
Ages 5-7 (co-ed). Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. A fun baseball class focusing on hitting, fielding, throwing and developing an understanding of the game.
ICE Ball Class
Ages 5-7 (co-ed). Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. Class where players learn in a game environment. Prior to each game there is a 30 min. instructional session on a new topic.
Baseball (ages 7-9 and 10-12)
All-Skills Academy
Ages 7-9 and 10-12. Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. An instructional class focused on hitting, fielding and throwing and becoming a complete player!
30/30 Hitting and Baseball Pitching
Ages 7-9 and 10-12. Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. 30 minutes of hitting and 30 minutes of pitching. Preparing players for in-game success in the batter's box and on the mound.
Scope and Rope Hitting
Ages 7-9 and 10-12. Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. Using video to help players understand their swing, this hitting program is designed to improve overall swing improvements, increase bat speed, develop power to all-fields and bring into focus the importance of a hitter's visual mechanics while at the plate.
Baseball Pitching Class
Ages 7-9 and 10-12. Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. Increase velocity, control and develop the proper movements of a successful pitcher. Pitchers will also have the opportunity to see themselves on video; a great way for young players to learn!
Behind the Plate Catching Class
Ages 7-9 and 10-12. Seasons: Winter, Spring. Improve your overall catching skills including receiving, blocking, throwing and how to build lower body strength.
Baseball (ages 13+)
Total Performance Hitting
Ages 13+. Seasons: Winter, Spring. Hit for more power and increase bat speed. HitTrax will be utilized for advanced metrics. Work on the mental side of hitting. Also see our Total Performance Hitting and RockFit combined class.
Baseball Pitching Class
Ages 13+. Seasons: Winter, Spring. Topics include: increased velocity while not sacrificing control, pitching from the wind-up vs. the stretch, holding runners on and building arm strength through the weighted ball program. Pitchers will take part in our video analysis.
Behind the Plate Catching Class
Ages 13+. Seasons: Winter, Spring. Improve your overall catching skills. Players will catch live pitching each week while learning technique and how to build lower body strength.
Softball (ages 7-12 and 13+)
Softball Pitching Class
Ages 8-12. Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. Learn the right way the first time. Class emphasis on arm action and delivery consistency to maximize control and age appropriate speed levels.
Advanced Softball Pitching Class
Any Age. Seasons: Winter. Advanced program designed to take your pitching to the next level. Must have approval to join. Please call 508-653-7673 or email natick@frozenropes.com with enrollment requests.

Annual Coaches Seminar. If we can coach THEM, we can coach YOU. Topics include: Practice absolutes, Teaching hitting in simple language, Throwing skills for all players, and Speed of play development.
School Vacation Camps
School Vacation Camps
Join us for hours of fun during school vacation days. Play fast paced games for baseball and non-baseball players alike. Games also include wiffleball, dodgeball, floor hockey, soccer and much more! Our new HitTrax Video Simulation System will also be used for fun batting contests, home run derby and games!
Summer Programs
With over 30 years offering programs in the MetroWest Boston area, we are proud to offer a first class experience by fostering a love of sports, friendships and fun. Baseball and Softball Programs

Multi-Sport Programs

Born To Play Programs
An awesome first summer experience for ages 3-4! A great introduction to baseball with friends and friendly baseball coaches focused on making this first summer program memorable and fun!
Gametime / Tournament Week Baseball
This camp is held at the Hunnewell Baseball fields in Natick. This is a skills camp that will also work on situational game play. Players will receive jerseys and play on the same team all week and compete in a round robin - tournament style. Trophies will be awarded on Friday. We welcome parents to watch some games and cheer on their child's team!
Private Training
Up close and personal with the best instructors in the industry. Individual lessons and our SPL's (semi-private lessons) afford our staff the ability to fine tune movements, address in-game performance issues and also provide more reps during training. You select the specific skill you want to learn, we deliver it in a personal setting! Members receive 15% off.
Private Lessons

Rental Options
Tunnel Rentals
Iron Mike, Home Plate, Jugs Pitching Machines & Open Tunnels. State of the art indoor hitting for Baseball and Softball players, teams and small groups. We suggest you call 508-653-7673 in advance to reserve your space. You are also welcome to walk-in and use any available tunnels and equipment.
Team Rental Package
Team rosters must be submitted and online facility waivers must be signed for every player prior to rentals. Head coach or Assistant coach must be present for all rentals . Rentals are valid for 1 year and do not carry over past expiration date. No refunds or credits once activated. During peak season (February 1st - April 30th) limit of 2 thirty minute rentals per day.

Baseball
The goal of the Frozen Ropes baseball program is to change the landscape of youth travel baseball by putting player development, improvement and enjoyment at its center. Frozen Ropes is seeking players who want to learn how to play the game the right way by improving one pitch and one swing at a time. To achieve this, players will be given the flexibility to train at Frozen Ropes from November through July via private instruction, group instructional classes, team practices and periodic multi-travel team workouts. Our winter training schedule is designed so players do not have to sacrifice their love and enjoyment of other sports. Similarly, our spring and summer season is designed to complement your town league team–and not replace it.
Softball
Our teams will play in a series of competitive tournaments over the spring and summer while focusing on developing skills through a series of winter and spring programs. They will utilize our professional training facility and instructors for team practices, group classes and private lessons throughout the season.
