Is your dog full of energy when you get home? Does he or she get lonely when you are gone? Dog daycare is your answer. At Dusty's Dog House we will give your dog a safe and inviting place to spend their day socializing and playing with other similar temperament dogs. We offer two spacious rooms to allow your dog to run and stretch their legs to their heart's content. This physical activity, exercise and mental stimulation will help build confidence in your dog and leave them begging for more.
Guidelines
Dog daycare isn't always for every dog. For the safety of all involved, each dog must pass a temperament test to help determine how they will fit in. Just because your dog may not pass the test, does not mean there is anything wrong with your dog. Like humans, each dog has their own personality. While your dog may not be a fit for social daycare, please check with us for other services we can offer your dog, such as one-on-one play time.
Registration
The minimum age for daycare is 4 months. Prior to enrollment, all owners must complete a registration form which can be accessed on our home page. Please complete this before bringing your dog in for the first time.
Booking

Playtime
All pets will be allowed to play freely and enjoy themselves in our play rooms during the day.
Feeding
Due to the substantial amount of playtime your dog will receive we do not recommend a large meal at the start or during the day. Our clients staying the night, will have appropriate breaks to eat their meals.
Neutering
For male dogs, any dog over 8 months must be neutered to be in the playroom with the other dogs.
Vaccinations
Proof of the following vaccinations are required: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Use a flea & Tick prevention program. The Canine Influenza vaccine will not be a hard requirement but we highly recommend you vaccinate your dog for it. Proof of vaccines MUST be submitted before your pet's arrival.
Cancellations
Although cancellations for boarding reservations do not incur a fee, as a courtesy we request 24 hour notice.
Guidelines
In order to attend daycare they must meet the requirements found on our daycare page.
Suites
Standard Suite - Each standard suite is 4' x 6'. Deluxe Suite - Each deluxe suite is 8' x 5'. Luxury Suite - Each luxury suite is 10' x 6'.
Schedule
Our boarding guests will be fed and allowed to use the bathroom first thing in the morning. This will be followed by the normal daycare schedule. At the end of the day they will return to their room for dinner and to rest for the night.
Bedding
Beds are welcome but unnecessary. We will provide each dog a raised Kuranda bed but it can be good for a dog to have something familiar from home as well.
Food
Please bring your own dog food. This is done to avoid a drastic change in your pet's diet which can affect their stomachs. Be sure to bring enough for their entire stay. If you do not provide food we will feed them our house food at an extra cost.
Cancellations
Although cancellations for boarding reservations do not incur a fee, as a courtesy we request 24 hour notice on normal days and up to 72 hours for holiday reservations.
Group Training
Dusty's Dog House will now offer Bayonne's only group dog training classes. Please call (201) 436-3000 for start dates and more info!
Basic Obedience
For dogs 4 months and up, six week course, covers all basic commands plus strong leadership skills for all owners!
Intro To Agility
For dogs 1 year and up, learn the basics of running an agility course, jumps, A-Frame, tunnels and more!
Advanced Obedience
Get your dog to perform off leash and under distractions! For dogs with prior basic obedience training 18 months of age and up.

One free exit bath is included and can be redeemed whichever day you'd like but must be used during the month and will not carry over. **Packages are non-refundable and have no expiration.
