A prerequisite for spiritual work is stillness and Yin Yoga is a contemplative practice that allows us to drop in and listen to our inner stillness. Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that our life force (chi) flows throughout our meridian system that is contained within our connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, and fascia.) Yin yoga works this energetic system by stretching the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, and spine, thereby facilitating the flow of chi for our general health. With its deeply nourishing poses that are held for 3-5 minutes (no standing poses), Yin Yoga encourages a greater capacity for mindful awareness and helps us realize a deeper sense of peacefulness and ease. Suitable for all levels

Access Bars is a powerful way to allow breakthrough into your life.
The bars are 32 points on the head which when lightly touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn't allow you to receive the infinite, amazing you. These points store all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions and considerations you have stored for many lifetimes.
A typical session lasts about an hour and is done lying fully dressed on the massage table.
At the very least it will be the most relaxing hour you've ever spent and at very best...can change your life forever.
Many have said the Bars have helped them change things they thought were unchangeable.
Things like body issues, money situations, relationships, chronic health problems can all be transformed. Others say their lives are just easier and more joyful after a Bars session.
Jean G. Gary, IN

I was able to detach myself from each thought effortlessly, letting them drift away. With the Bars I finally feel that healing is possible."
