The cuisine at Waterfront Restaurant is prepared fresh daily. Our pastas are rolled by hand and the menu changes with the availability of seasonal ingredients and inspirations of our chefs. Waterfront’s beef is cut specifically for us, the fish comes from our own local waters surrounding Door County, or is flown in fresh from locations in Hawaii, West Coast, East Coast and Alaska. As the seasons change in Door County, different local ingredients become available to us from farmers around the area.
