Our concept is a two part service. You help yourself to "Award winning Gourmet Salad Bar" then when you are ready for the meat you flip your coaster to green, if you decide to take a break flip it to red. You are also served the "hot sides" which are: mashed potatoes, cheese bread, black beans, fried bananas and rice. We serve beef, chicken, pork, lamb and shrimp, 14 different cuts at dinner and lunch. You are welcomed to ask the staff for your preference.
