Class Description
Barre
Total body workout that includes about 20 minutes on the mat and 40 minutes at the barre (aka bar). Both the mat and barre work tone, sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. The barre work will especially tone glutes and thighs.
Barre Express
This class is a 45 minute total body workout that includes both barre and mat. The barre work will especially tone the butt, thighs and calves. There is also some light weight lifting to tone arms, shoulders, chest and back. The mat portion includes Pilates based core work.
Barre with Babysitting by Reservation
Reserve babysitting for your child while you work out. Space is limited to 6 children per class. Please reserve your child's spot in advance. Babysitting will be available for children age 6 weeks to 8 years old. The Barre class is a total body workout that includes about 20 minutes on the mat and 40 minutes at the barre (aka bar). Candlelight Yoga
This class combines the peaceful ambiance of candlelight with the soothing sounds of acoustic music to create the perfect atmosphere for your yoga practice. Candlelight Yoga will be a complete practice filled with strong warrior poses and flowing transitions, culminating in a gradual wind-down before savasana. It's a wonderful way to end the day and prepare for a relaxed and blissful evening.
Hatha Yoga
Beginners welcome. Our yoga classes are more than just stretching. We build strength and calm the mind. Supplementing your current fitness routine with yoga will help you: tone muscle, improve posture, sustain your busy lifestyle, reduce stress. Yoga at ToddPilates is set to energizing music which will have you breathing, moving, and flowing. You will leave class with a great feeling of accomplishment!

Pilates Mat Express
This is a 45 minute express class, a total body workout with emphasis on the core. Elements include classic Pilates, light weights, light cardio, magic circle, tension band and fitness ball.
