Choices began as a dream of Owner Chef Shawn Warner.
She wanted to provide great tasting, healthy food made with the best ingredients available.
This dream evolved into the creation of a line of gluten-free and allergy sensitive baked goods.
Once this successful baking empire was under way Shawn started looking for a location to fulfill the rest of her dream.
