Maybe that's a bit intense, but you can learn hand to hand, the acrobatic movement of doing your own handstand on someone else's hands. Discover the basics of hand balancing and correct handstand alignment after a warm up of shoulder-opening stretches, abdominal strengthening, and inversions. You may find yourself impressing everyone with your new physical skill and increased dexterity. Don't just do a handstand; perform one on another person's hands - do it big!

AcroBalance and Games
Duration: 90 min; $13. Discover the old yet beautiful art of acrobalance, in which you and a partner will create fun, interesting and beautiful structures using only your bodies. As either a base or a flyer, you'll be one half of amazing feats of balance and strength. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you will tone and condition your body, learn how to partner your body, work on your balance, and learn to communicate verbally and physically. Whether you come with a partner or meet a new one in class, you'll love the thrill of aerial poses.

Wall Running
Duration: 1 hour; $39. We all know that one person who has a serious objection to obeying the laws of gravity. Maybe that's you. And maybe you want to try wall running! With a rope, harness, and wall points, the wall will become your new floor. Defy gravity by learning the basics of wall running, along with trying an aerial harness dance class. The feeling of freedom from the traditional confines of an Earth-parallel floor will come forth! However, be mindful that the ropes are not webs, and no matter how much it will feel like it, you are not spider man, but you can pretend you are in this class!
