The Bistro Garden is the third restaurant in the Bistro and Bistro Garden history, the first two being among the most famous restaurants in the history of Beverly Hills from the 1960’s until the late 1980’s. In 1990, Carolyn Niklas Pappas and her husband Gregory opened The Bistro Garden in Studio City. Described by Zagat as a “classic with a beautiful garden like setting", the Bistro Garden is modeled after a European Wintergarden with 30 foot ceilings, glass latticework and expansive skylights. Known for its California style Continental cuisine, famous Bistro Garden Chocolate Soufflé, excellent service, beautiful surroundings and as a leading wedding and private and corporate venue, location, the Bistro Garden has also been used as a location for numerous television and movie shoots.
