Duration: 1 hour; Free; Combine the essential techniques of Hung Fut kung fu with the meditation and energy development of tai chi. Hung Fat is a style that is known for its emphasis on low, powerful stances, furious hand techniques, and a unique emphasis on left-handed attacks that make it easy to surprise and overtake an opponent. In this class, you will begin with stretching and strengthening exercises. Then it's on to essential stances, kicks, and punches, as you combine them in short routines. You will also practice the slow, flowing movements of tai chi, which will invigorate and clear your mind and release stress and tension from your body. You're in for a class that will strengthen both your body and mind.

Duration: 1 hour; Free; Discover the essential moves and techniques that make up the Hung Fut system of kung fu, which emphasises low, powerful stances, furious hand techniques, and a unique emphasis on left-handed attacks that make it easy to surprise and overtake an opponent. In this class, you will begin stretching and strengthening exercises. You will practice essential stances, kicks, and punches, and combine them in short routines. Then it's time to put theory into practice with live sparring matches! You will partner up for a safe, controlled chance to use your moves against a real opponent and combine them in organic ways. As you go, you will radically increase your flexibility, endurance, strength, reflexes and confidence in your ability to defend yourself in a real-life situation.
