This class offers an invigorating and challenging workout centered around the basic Pilates principles of building core strength, increasing flexibility, breath control and proper alignment to improve posture. With an emphasis on building technique, alignment and focus, our pilates classes are an exercise for the mind and body. Utilizing the floor mat and small props, you will build your core strength and deepen your focus through controlled, simple choreography. Each class offers a different mix of flows, movements and choreography to engage and challenge the body in new ways. Pilates is accessible to all! We welcome individuals of all fitness levels and experience.
