Keeping with the family tradition, Mr. & Mrs. Richard Allen, passed the torch to 2 of their children, Peter Allen and Kimberly Raimer in 1997. Peter and Kim continue to use local vendors, such as Favorite Foods, Tri State Seafood and Saunders Produce, whenever possible. The tradition of homecooking is still our goal, with practically everything still made here, including our soups, muffins, onion rings, roasted turkeys, and most of our appetizers and desserts.
