About Us
Since opening Spiaggia e Luna in June of 2009, owners Jon and Stefanie Serpico have brought to fruition their love of the area and its relaxed atmosphere. Under their leadership, the staff has deftly focused its' efforts towards ensuring this place continues to make its mark in a highly competitive field. "Our concept is focus," Serpico explained. "We do wonderful brick oven traditional pizzas, italian entrées, sandwiches, lunch and dinner specials - a wide variety of good family-style dishes to serve people of all ages throughout this growing area. If you produce a quality product at a fair price, expanding your operations is a natural, and growing your patron base more than takes care of itself."
