At The Department, it is our goal to create an experience that will leave each guest looking forward to their next visit. Dishes like rosemary rubbed pork loin with garlic and basil mashed potatoes, beef tenderloin in a mushroom and black peppercorn sauce with fresh sautéed lemon spinach, shrimp tacos, jumbo seared sea scallops served over polenta and our famous Cajun rib eye are all mouth watering customer favorites.
