Our staff will be your guides helping you navigate through an evening of culinary adventures through the diverse terrains of our beloved spice country - India . In a vast land of varying topography and through eons of geography, local produce has played a part in forming regional cooking traditions. Religious groups further modified these cuisines to suit their own restrictions. But spices were always the common denominator. Our primary wardrobe holds cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, mustard seeds, fennel seeds cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. But then the Chef could leave a signature with a dash of saffron, tamarind or asafetida to render that irresistible coup de grace.
