In 1990 River’s Edge Café, opened for business, along the Navesink River, in Red Bank, New Jersey. After twenty years, it is still an ongoing endeavor for me, Robert Guido, and my wife, Christine. Originally planned as a casual deli and take-out business, we soon realized our clientele wanted a sit down restaurant, and we responded by creating a breakfast and lunch menu. To our delight, River’s Edge Café quickly became a hot spot in town, and business grew. Soon, customers asked for another change, and River’s Edge Café was pressed into serving our patrons catering needs, as well.
