About Us
Richie Cecere’s Restaurant and Supperclub opened its doors in 2002, after 7 years of planning and construction, and has enjoyed rave reviews ever since. The New York Times proclaimed in a 2004 article featuring the restaurant, “Never did a restaurant, even Wolfgang Puck’s or Daniel Boulud’s better deserve to be named for one per-son.” This 100 year old paper mill was miraculously transformed from a nondescript property into a premier establishment ripe with luxury and inspired by some of the world’s greatest restaurants; The Bull and Bear at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia, The Ritz Carlton in London, and La Colombe D’or on the French Riviera. Richie Cecere had done his homework (so to speak) over the course of many years of fine dining. Both he and his wife Rose play host to what is best described as an unforgettable evening.
