We are a Phamily owned and operated business focused on bringing the Vietnamese comfort food we grew up on to your neighborhood via our mobile food truck.The head chef and driving force behind Phamish Food Truck is none other than the matriarch of the Phamish “Phamily” – Lisa “Mama Love” Le. She was born in Nha Trang Vietnam and came to the states in 1975 when Saigon fell, with her two sons and extended family (sisters, brothers, and mother). “Phamish” is actually named in memory of our grandma (Lisa’s mom) Du Thi Pham who passed away in late 2007. Since it’s launch in December of 2009, Phamish has garnered excellent reviews in the blogsphere and have been named Zagat’s “Food Truck of the Week,” Los Angeles Magazine’s “Top Ten Food Truck Find,” as well as being featured in AAA’s Westways Magazine. Phamish regularly serves the West LA area and have served clients such as UCLA, Sony Studios, Myspace, NPR, “Cougar Town” TV crew,”The Office” TV crew, The Chateau Marmont and China Airlines to name a few.
