Hefeweizen ABV 5.3%
The most recognized of all Paulaner beers, has a light hops flavor and balances subtle bitterness with an unmistakably fruity character. It is a top-fermented, unfiltered beer with strong carbonation that is golden in color and has a pronounced head. This is crafted from a yeast culture that is a closely kept secret
Munich Lager ABV 4.9%
A classic beer, which carefully captures the characteristics of Paulaner's 375 years brewing tradition. Munich Lager is bright and amber in color with a perfect balance of hops and malt. It's a bottom-fermented beer, which is gently carbonated and light on the palate, a well-balanced pleasure at any time and season
Munich Dark Lager ABV 4.9%
Munich Dark is a regional specialty beer that is only available freshly brewed. Seven types of barley are heavily roasted to create the traditional, malty flavors for this "original" Munich beer. A true, time-honored delight that is rich and complex, yet smooth and food-friendly
Munich Pale Ale (It's back) ABV 6.1%
Especially created by our brewmaster for Paulaner New York City. It's a top fermented IPA style of beer with a copper color resulting from the unique blend of specialty roasted malted barley types. Our brewmaster used 3 different hop varieties including the American hop "Amerillo" from Washington State. Using American ale yeast for this beer provides a refreshing fruity flavor
Winter Bock (Seasonal) ABV 7.0%
A very dark brown color thanks to the combination of different strongly roasted malts giving this beer a complex and characteristic flavor. Bottom fermented, it's flavor is initially a strong roasted, almost smoky, taste developing into a malty caramel flavor. It has a light hoppy character from the two varieties of German aroma hops used to round off the beer. A prefect beer for the cold winter to warm you through
