Individual bread rolls
All PAUL's speciality breads are available as individual bread rolls. Try them when they're freshly cooked and at their best. With all the wonderful flavours and textures of their larger cousins, these charming rolls are the perfect addition to any dinner party or celebratory meal.Warm them gently in the oven, pile them up in a basket and offer them with good quality French butter - delicious.

One of PAUL's famed styles of bread, our Polka Bread has a well-baked golden crust and is flavored with the delicate taste of hazelnuts. The light, airy bread goes well with almost any dish from starters to cheeses.
Pain 400G
Our wonderfully versatile, Everyday Loaf, made with Camp Rémy white flour, Atlantic sea salt and natural yeast, has a subtle after-taste of hazelnut. It goes well with any meal, but we suggest you try it toasted for breakfast, or to accompany smoked and salt-cured ham, salami or a rustic pâté. Children will love it with chocolate-hazelnut spread, honey or jam.

Cannele
The Canelé is a little pastry originating from Bordeaux. Its name and shape come from the little fluted copper mould in which it is baked. Slow baking produces a fine caramelized crust enfolding a smooth, moist crepe batter centre delicately flavored with rum. The delicious brown crust is crisp and crunchy that melts in your mouth. A couple of bites and you will be hooked for life!
Cramique
A sweet delicacy from Northern France; we infuse our rich brioche dough with sweet pieces of pearl sugar throughout. When served warm out of the oven, the sugar melts and provides a heavenly texture. PAUL offers three different types of brioche: plain, cramique au chocolat and cramique au raisin. This sweet bread is available in individual size or as a 14 oz. loaf. (*Note : Below Nutritional Value is based on Cramique au Sucre Raisin.)

Our crispy, crème-filled Napoleon is a traditional French favorite and a PAUL classic. Our crispy golden puff pastry is filled with vanilla-flavored pastry cream and topped with a light apricot glaze. Other flavors offered are chocolate, strawberry or raspberry.
