Cannele
The Canelé is a little pastry originating from Bordeaux. Its name and shape come from the little fluted copper mould in which it is baked. Slow baking produces a fine caramelized crust enfolding a smooth, moist crepe batter centre delicately flavored with rum. The delicious brown crust is crisp and crunchy that melts in your mouth. A couple of bites and you will be hooked for life.
Cramique
A sweet delicacy from Northern France; we infuse our rich brioche dough with sweet pieces of pearl sugar throughout. When served warm out of the oven, the sugar melts and provides a heavenly texture. PAUL offers three different types of brioche: plain, cramique au chocolat and cramique au raisin. This sweet bread is available in individual size or as a 14 oz. loaf.
