Owner and Executive Chef Fabio built the first Panaretto Pizzeria in the Valley of Agno, Italy in 1989. There, Panaretto has received recognition and praise for the quality of ingredients, the service, the technological innovation, and the satisfaction of its customers. After 20 years, Chef Fabio decided to bring the same restaurant to the "Venice of America", Fort Lauderdale, and in the Fall of 2009 he opened Panaretto Pizzeria, USA.
