About Us
Paesano Restaurant & Wine Bar features a seasonal menu of authentic rustic Italian dishes with an emphasis on regional preparations and an influence from Italian wines. Proprietors Michael and Bridget Roddy offer guests a true Italian experience... beyond what is being created in the kitchen. The restaurant offers three levels of Italian language classes taught by Sicilian-born, Salvatore Bissaccia; weekly Italian wine tastings; an annual guided “dine and wine” excursion to Italy; and theme wine dinners featuring vintners visiting from Italy.
