Scarpina derives its name from the scorpion fish in the Mediterranean Sea that is known for his ugly big head and flavorful meat. Together, our consulting chef Ricardo Cardona and owner Nino Selimaj lead a team of specialty cooks that combine recipes from Greece, Turkey, Italy, Spain and South America to create a fusion of new flavors. Scarpina features specially prepared and marinated cuts of grilled meats and seafood ceviches, creating a new Spanish-Latin and Mediterranean cuisine.
