About Us
Mr. B’s is a classic Italian steakhouse in Brookfield that opened in 1999. Mr. B’s features prime steaks grilled in a wood-burning oven, which gives the steaks a crisp, caramelized outside while maintaining a perfectly juicy inside.
Mr. B’s was rated 3 ½ stars by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel upon opening and has won numerous fine dining awards and accolades since. In 2014, The Daily Meal named Mr. B’s one of America’s Top 50 Steakhouses and OnMilwaukee.com readers voted Mr. B's as Milwaukee's Best Steak!
In addition to steaks that range from the classic filet to the more adventurous Wagyu “Tomahawk” chop or buffalo ribeye, the menu at Mr. B’s features fresh seafood, Italian inspired appetizers like bruschetta and calamari, and salads and sandwiches.
