About Us
Monk's Pub derived it's name from a monastery where the owner resided one summer as a young boy. So impressed with his stay, he thought to himself if I ever own a public house, I'm going to call it Monk's! May of 1978, his boyhood dream became a reality when he acquired a public house in Chicago called Monk's Pub.
