Tony and Becky Fazzini, long-time Hilton Head Island residents, opened Michael Anthony's Cucina Italiana in January 2002. Combining their keen business acumen with their desire to re-create an Old-World Italian eatery on the island, Tony and Becky have turned Michael Anthony's into a true culinary destination. Over the years, they have established The Cooking School at Michael Anthony's, and in 2020, they opened the Market Cafe at Michael Anthony's, a casual trattoria located just across the courtyard from the restaurant.
