Running a restaurant is a notoriously fickle businesses. And with the economic downturn shuttering area restaurants left and right, it really says something for a local one still to be going strong after more than 35 years. Marsella uses only the highest quality ingredients for his pies, eschewing anything frozen or pre-made.
