Loulay Kitchen & Bar is an urban contemporary French restaurant owned by Thierry Rautureau, The Chef in the HatTM, and his wife Kathy. Named for Rautureau’s hometown of Saint Hilaire de Loulay in France, Loulay Kitchen & Bar marries the French influence of his upbringing with modern sensibility to provide an accessible dining experience for body and soul. The restaurant offers a lunch menu with soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees; a dinner menu including small, medium and large plates and a four-course menu; and an all-day bistro menu offering lighter fare. The wine list offers 50 wines and a reserve list of more than 250 selections.
With 110 seats, Loulay Kitchen & Bar offers four distinctive dining experiences. The six-seat chef’s counter provides a spot in the heart of the action, while the bar offers 24 seats and an intimate ‘Lover’s Nook’. The main dining room and balcony seat 60 while the mezzanine provides a more intimate dining experience and is available for private parties of up to 30 guests.
