Jason Moniz, originally from Hawaii, studied Culinary Arts in Providence, Rhode Island. He has worked at many famous restaurants including The Keystone Ranch in Colorado, Miss Milly’s, Trés Agaves, Nectar Wine Lounge, Flora, and finally, at St. Anthony’s where he continues to help feed the homeless when time permits. Uniting his 20 years of experience with his community focused philosophy, Chef Moniz started Locavore in order to serve only the freshest ingredients to the table.
