Lino and his brother Martin grew up in a small town in Mexico. when Lino arrived in the United States he began his career bussing tables. He loved the action in the kitchen and dreamed of someday having his own restaurant. Since then Lino has worked in many kitchens perfecting his culinary talents, including Joe & Giuseppe's where he was the Chef for many years. His brother Martin joined him years later and the two have been working side by side ever since.
