Signature dishes include Goat Cheese & Artichoke Raviolis with American Paddlefish Caviar, Beet & Mustard Reduction; La Quenelle de Poisson with Seafood Risotto and Lobster Foam; and Seared Foie Gras & slow cooked Duck Breast with Compote of Red Plum & Onion/Port Wine Jus.
The restaurant is located on 254 Fifth Avenue at 28th Street in Manhatten’s bustling Flatiron District and served as the former location of Bar Breton.
