Nestled in a little courtyard between houses and apartment buildings, this restaurant has outdoor seating in a beautiful and peaceful garden, shaded from the sun and insulated from the noise of the city. In the winter, we have good live jazz and different bands playing. The indoor seating is still quite pleasant with Moroccan decor and we have a few covered outdoor tables for rainy weather.
The food is simple but good, middle eastern food with a Moroccan bent to it. We have good vegetarian-vegan options as well as good desserts teas, coffees and Baklava. In addition to being able to come here to eat, this is a pleasant cafe/coffee-shop type atmosphere, a nice place to come for tea or dessert. We are near the Yale Sculpture University which is being used as the Architect school at the present time. You are always welcome at the Kasbah.
