Consuelo Mexican Bistro makes its home in the midst of San Jose’s elegant Santana Row. With its vibrant colors, full Latino bar, and authentic cuisine, Consuelo resembles the grand restaurants of Mexico City during the 1900’s. Heavy iron chandeliers from Mexico hang from the restaurant’s high-beamed, red-tiled ceiling whose color compliments the blue and yellow painted walls.
