Class Description
Warm Yoga Flow
This class is designed for individuals of all levels, but is especially accessible to beginners and those with physical limitations. Room is heated to facilitate muscle mobility, but temperatures do not exceed 75 degrees.
Stability Ball (Core Workout)
The stability ball exercises help you to improve balance and coordination while targeting specific muscle groups such as the legs, chest, and abdominals. Numerous smaller stabilizer muscles are engaged while you target the larger muscle groups. Additionally, your abdominal muscles are involved in nearly all of the stability ball exercises giving you the added bonus of strengthening your core and lower back.
Hot Yoga
This is an all levels class that is designed for individuals who are comfortable with temperatures ranging from 85 to 90 degrees. No previous yoga experience is necessary, however, it is recommended that participants modify to their own individual needs and fitness levels.

Classes at Hot Dog Yoga, LLC focus on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Each instructor brings their own perspective to their teaching style while remaining true to the meaning of yoga. Our classes incorporate aspects of Hatha, Power Flow, and Vinyasa Style yoga.
