The 45 min Focused Massage session is designed to work on a single issue or problem area. This length session is not for a general relaxation massage. A 60 or 90 min session is best for that type of massage. If it is a complex or longstanding issue, 60 or 90 min sessions would be a better fit. Rather, this is for a short, focused session on a specific issue.
60 Min Deep Tissue/Advanced Therapies
This 60 min massage uses advanced techniques such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial, CST, Muscle Relief Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Orthopedic Massage techniques to work on specific issues and problems areas. If you've got chronic pain in several areas, and want to try a more focused massage to target very specific problem areas, you should choose this integrative massage.
60 Min General Relaxation Session
Relax into the table and find yourself in good hands for this one hour massage appointment. The general relaxation session (separate from the Deep Tissue/Advanced Techniques session) uses basic massage techniques to work out stress, relieve pain and work on injuries. This is a good choice for someone new to massage or someone without a lot of problem areas to tackle.
90 Min Integrative Session
The 90 min massage can include both general relaxation and Deep Tissue/Advanced techniques. It is the perfect blend of therapeutic massage work with relaxing techniques. This massage is an excellent choice for clients with several problem areas to focus on in addition to general relaxation work. This duration lets Heather work on specific injuries or areas of tension in addition to working the full body. It's also a good selection for someone who wants deep relaxation during the session.
