Greg's Restaurant is a family friendly dinning spot owned by the Diliberto family of Watertown.The story goes back to 1933 when Charlie and Rose Diliberto opened a market at the site. It was then turned into a restaurant and continued on until it was taken over by Gregory Diliberto in 1960.Greg's sons Paul and John began working when they became old enough and eventually carried the business on and continue to do so today. Paul and John are accomplished restauranteurs -- in cooking and in the business sense. They continue to use the freshest products in preparation, and this gives Greg's meals the "homemade" taste that has been the formula for their success story.Now going into the fourth generation they have five kids between them who all work in the restaurant continuing the tradition and keeping the family business exactly what it is.
